Refund Policy for Course Fees

1. Full Refund:

• Available if the refund request is made within 7 days after commencement of classes.
• Applicable to all course fees except the admission fee.

1. Partial Refund:

• Requests made after the 7-day period and the 15th day of classes are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refund will be given once classes have commenced after 15 days.

1. Non-Refundable Fees:

• Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. Process for Refund:

• Submit a written request to the admissions office.
• Include proof of payment and a valid reason for withdrawal.

1. Timeframe for Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
